This year,
the food plans are going to be
flexible and fabulous! All meals
will be prepared for us by the
chef, buffet style in Hayden
Hall at the Sun Spree Holiday
Inn.

Option
Cabins and camping are available
but sell out quickly. This is
one of the top tourist
attractions in the world. Most
accommodations sell out by
March. Small refrigerators are
in the resort rooms.
You may wish to eat in the
resort's restaurant in the
lounge. Be aware of the
possibility of long lines this
time of year. You may be bring
your own food, or you may eat in
the many restaurants and grills
around town, which is only 5
blocks long in all directions.
Keep in mind that a packed
schedule at the Event may limit
time to other restaurants. The
potential exists for thousands
of people to show up at the
Event, which could cause
restaurants and hotels to fill
up quickly.

Resort policy requires that only
those who have purchased the
food package and who present a
meal ticket at each meal may eat
in the space reserved for the
group.
If you desire to purchase any of
these food packages, you must
tell Mara or Robbie by May 1,
2008. If you do not add a meal
plan when you register for the
Event, you have until May 1 to
order it. Full payment will be
made to Angel Gate Creations and
is required at the time the
order is placed. Food payments
are NON-REFUNDABLE. AFTER
MAY 1, 2008, YOU WILL BE ON YOUR
OWN FOR FOOD.
